PRICING
All items on www.shanelleandjac.co.nz are in New Zealand Dollars as default, but you can change the pricing in AUD currency if you wish.
Prices on www.shanelleandjac.co.nz are subject to change without notice.
Duties and taxes may be added to your package by your country/delivery destination. These are not included in your order total, and you will be responsible for these upon delivery.
All credit cards are charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$). Non-New Zealand currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate at purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Suppose you purchase outside New Zealand, a customs or import duty charge may incur. Shanelle and Jac have no control over this, and we cannot tell you what that may be, as it is based on your own country’s compliance and regulations. If you want more information, you will have to contact your local customs office.
Orders cannot be returned to the sender. All charges are to be paid on delivery of the order by the customer. Shanelle and Jac will not pay these customs charges for you.
Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse to pay these charges, your country customs department will hold your parcel. It is not www.shanelleandjac.co.nz responsibility, and we will not refund your order if your parcel is undelivered due to customs fees not being paid.
SALE PURCHASES
We aim to get all parcels out of the door within 24 hours. Due to high order volumes during sales, your purchases can sometimes take 2-3 working days to ship.
ALL SALE ORDERS ARE FINAL. We, unfortunately, cannot offer exchanges returns or refunds on sale purchases, so please choose carefully. You can email us at info@shanelleandjac.co.nz if you are unsure what size to choose before your purchase.
ON-SELLING / TRADING OF SHANELLE & JAC VIA THIRD PARTIES
Any Shanelle & Jac garments sold via buy/sell pages are void of Shanelle & Jac warranties. We cannot provide refunds, garment swaps or exchanges if a Shanelle & Jac garment is sold via a third party selling page. We hold no responsibilities for these trades.
PRE-ORDER PURCHASES
If you have placed an order and one or more items is a” pre-order” product (specified at the top of the description on the product page in BOLD writing), your order will not be shipped until all items are ready to be sent.
Example one: If you order from the babies range and it’s ready to send, but you also have swaddles in your order, the entire order will be shipped when the swaddles are ready to be sent.
Example two: If you have ordered from the babies range and you’ve also included a dress labelled as PRE-ORDER, our entire order will be shipped when the dress is in stock and ready to send.
If you do not wish to wait, we suggest making two orders – we, unfortunately, will not ship partial orders as it will require double the postage costs.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We do not offer full refunds, but exchange or store credit (minus shipping costs) on any full-priced items returned to us within 14 days of receipt. This is at the discretion of www.shanelleandjac.co.nz.
Please note that if the exchange or store credit has been issued – it will be minus shipping costs as this is a third party cost to Shanelle & Jac from our couriers. Even if your order was eligible for free shipping – we still pay our courier company the shipping fee.
Return postage is at your own cost unless there is a fault with the clothing item, in which case we will send you a courier bag to return the item for replacement.
If your product is faulty – the fault needs to be brought to our attention within 7 days of purchase receipt, photo or video of original packaging when the product was first opened. After this time frame, we are unable to refund your purchase.
We, unfortunately, do not offer refunds for any sale item purchased.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, altered or washed in their original packaging and all tags attached. Use secure packaging to ensure the goods are not damaged during transit.
We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
Shanelle & Jac reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
Gift vouchers and promotional codes cannot be applied to exchanges.
If a return is processed and a refund is due, all received amounts will be refunded using the method received. We will not refund until the item(s) has been returned to us and is in the state mentioned above.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) is returned not in the condition it was shipped.
SIZE EXCHANGE
If you need a size exchange on full-priced items, return shipping of the original items is the purchaser’s responsibility. We will ship the
replacements at your cost in New Zealand and Australia.
ALL GARMENTS TO BE EXCHANGED MUST BE SENT BACK IN BRAND NEW CONDITION – we cannot exchange worn or washed garments.
Please try on your garments before washing them to ensure you are eligible to exchange them if they’re not the right fit for your child or yourself.

We cannot do size exchanges for any sale items purchased. If you are unsure of what size to purchase, please email us, and we can help you choose the right fit.
ACCEPTING GOODS / FAULTY GOODS
The buyers’ responsibility is to inspect the goods and contact us within 7 days to notify us of any faults. If there is a manufacturing fault, we will replace the garment. Please email info@shanelleandjac.co.nz .
MISSING/LOST PARCEL
Unfortunately, sometimes parcels may go missing en-route to your delivery address. Please first follow up with your local courier/postal service to launch an inquiry into the whereabouts of your parcel. If they cannot locate it, we will replace your order and finish the process with the couriers.
You must contact us within two weeks if the tracking on your parcel has not been updated and you haven’t received your order so we can remedy this error. Shanelle & Jac can not replace your parcel if you do not contact us within three weeks of sending your order.
